Roy Keane slams Wayne Rooney after PSV struggle

Roy Keane has hit out at Wayne Rooney , claiming the Manchester United skipper looks 'mentally and physically out of shape'. The England skipper cut a frustrated figure as United drew a blank in the Champions League against PSV at Old Trafford.

It continued a disappointing season for Rooney, who has scored just seven times in all competitions this term.
And former Old Trafford captain Keane believes his off-field activities are affecting his displays on the pitch - and insists he needs to do a lot more.

"Mentally he doesn't look sharp, physically he doesn't look in a great shape. He has to have a look at himself," Keane said on ITV.
