A finance director date raped an air stewardess he met on a dating website MillionaireMatch after he slipped drugs into her glass of wine.
Businessman John Campbell has been found guilty of spiking the woman's drink with ecstasy in the back garden at his home before having sex with her.
The air stewardess had struck up a relationship with 65-year-old Campbell after meeting him online on the exclusive dating site that matches "successful singles and admirers".But she told police she "lost" several hours after having memory blackouts and being violently sick after having the drug secretly dropped in her drink.
Campbell told a friend that he liked having sex with women who had taken drugs because the effects "left them screaming for more," but insisted the sex had been consensual and that the woman had instigated it.
However the jury of six men and six women today did not believe his version of events and found him guilty of rape and administering a substance with intent to overpower or allow sexual activity.
The incident took place in the back garden of Campbell's Buckinghamshire home on June 14 last year, the court heard.
