According to the Daily Mail, Grealish was with fellow Villa youngster Callum Robinson, currently on loan at Bristol City, friend DJ Russke and others at the nightclub, before travelling back to Birmingham - where he hosted a gathering involving two blonde women at Malmaison in the city centre. Those with the player were filmed appearing to inhale nitrous oxide from balloons, as a number of bottles of champagne were present at their table.
Grealish was back in training with Villa on Monday, and there is no suggestion that he was inhaling from the balloons.
However it is not the first time Grealish's off-field behaviour has caused concern.
The 20-year-old was reprimanded by Villa during the summer after being pictured apparently passed out on a street in Tenerife.
On a separate trip to Marbella he was also photographed next to a £1,000 bottle of vodka, while back in April a photo obtained by the Sun appeared to show Grealish inhaling what was said to be laughing gas from a white balloon.
