A legal tussle over raunchy best-seller Fifty Shades of Grey could see an Australian woman fork our millions of dollars to a publisher who was 'defrauded'. A court in Texas ordered publisher Amanda Hayward to 'set aside' $10 million (£6.5 million) for damages to Jennifer Pedroza.
Judge Susan McCoy said she would decided the exact amount once an agreement between the two sides was reached after the jury reached its verdict.

Pedroza was part of The Writers Coffee Shop, a small independent publisher of ebooks that originally published the "Fifty Shades" trilogy as an e-book and print-on-demand book, according to court papers.

She did not appear in court on Wednesday but her attorney, Mike Farris, said: "We have been pleased with everything since the jury verdict.
