Osas Ighodaro Stars In Movie With Grammy Award Winner Marcy Gray

It’s a whole new level for beautiful Osas Ighodaro as she lands a new acting gig, starring in an IN URBAN MOVIE CHANNEL –UMC FILM “WHERE CHILDREN PLAY” with a Grammy Award winner.

The upcoming drama is directed by Leila Djansi; produced by Amanda Marshall, Violeeta Ekpe, Victoria Rudd and executive produced by Dave Harper. Cold Iron Pictures and Iroko Partners LTD.

Nigerian screen star, Osas Igodaro, stars alongside Grammy Award Winner, Macy Gray, Teyonah Parris, Brian White, Leon and Edwina Findley.

WHERE THE CHILDREN PLAY tells the story of Bellissima, ‘Bell’ Mccain, who is estranged from her family for ten years. She returns to Compton for her mother’s funeral and then is forced to stay and care for her sick father. The house becomes flooded not only with vivid memories of the abuse doled out by the very man whom Bell must nurse, but also her teenage sister, Ruby, who died in the house waiting on Bell’s return.

The film is directed by BAFTA/LA Honoree Leila Djansi, who directed RLJ Entertainment bestseller, And Then There was You and the SDBFF Best Diaspora Film winner, Ties That Bind, which starred Kimberly Elise.
